Ruby Wild Goats?

A boat moored at Martha Cove marina on the Mornington Peninsula displayed this rather odd sign.
Any suggested
reasons for the wording...
or translations?

Inspired ruby sign
Could generate strange questions
And quirky answers

Advertising slogan for a new pop group?!

My best suggestion is, a misspelling for gouts. Red sails in the sun set, warning about galloping gouts.
Have a wonderful ruby March day!

Maybe as competitors, they consider themselves as ornery as wild goats. Thus the name of their team (although goats are known as mediocre sailors...)

I just wondered if they wanted to sow wild goats....

A tour boat to see wild goats? Do you have wild goats? :)

Is it the name of one of the boats? Some of the boat names we have around here get pretty creative.

That is an odd name, but boats do seem to invite that :).

Forgot to add, the name to me suggests a team name, if maybe they use the boat in racing competitions?

Because WILD OATS is already taken and is famous, or this could be the baby of Wild Oats.
